Union Hospital Society is a private non-profit corporation, incorporated into the laws of North Dakota. It is governed by an eleven-member board representing our entire trade area. The Board meets monthly. The Governing Board hires a Chief Executive Officer to handle the day-to-day management of the institution. Governing Board members are elected to serve three year terms and may serve three consecutive terms before retiring from the Board.
